Payment once made will not be fully refundable & for the same clearly refer to the applicable conditions.

Due to any unavoidable circumstances if the event or activity has been cancelled, postponed, abandoned or stopped the company shall not be liable to pay the money back or pay remuneration for the same.

If any damage has been made to the property of event organizer, the participant will have to bear repair, replacement or remuneration cost for the same.

After completion of the event if any participant's belongings are not collected back into their own custody, we shall not stand answerable for security of the same.

We do not directly or indirectly take any responsibility of the theft, mishandling of goods, apparatus or any other belongings of the participants.
