ENGIMACH 2011, Asia’s 2nd largest International industrial Exhibition will have on display Engineering, Machinery, Machine Tools, Robotics & Automation, Material Handling Equipments, Hydraulics, Pneumatics & other industrial products and technology.

This will be the 10th ENGIMACH Industrial Exhibition that remains to be the most awaited event in the engineering field. It’s primary objective is to promote and encourage well-organized expansion and development of machine tools industry. It is a matter of pride for us that an event of this stature has been running successfully in India over the past decade and has constantly grown in size as well as improved upon quality service.

The 10th ENGIMACH will have over 1000 participants, both national and international are expected. We hope to surpass the record of last ENGIMACH 1,60,000 visitors, in 9th ENGIMACH

It holds a prime position in the minds of people; the audience is respectively large in number and is specific to the industrial world. With such a captive audience we encourage greater participation from the industries to take a more pro-active role, primarily by sponsoring various spatial positions, which can highlight your corporate logo and convey your message to your advantage at the least cost.

Main Gate Sponsorship

Approximate Value : Rs. 4.0 Lac plus 10.30% Service Tax

All business visitors and general visitors, over 1.5 lac visitors are to pass this main gate, everyday for the five days the exhibition is held.
Sponsor will gain corporate advantage by having his name on the gate displayed prominently of size 3ft x 3ft at this prime location.

Invitation Card Sponsorship

Approximate Value : Rs. 4.0 Lac plus 10.30% Service Tax

Name of sponsor will be displayed dominantly on the invitation card. ENGIMACH 2011 will distribute 5,00,000 invitation cards directly to industrialists and technologists and maximize visits thereby.
These cards are distributed by participants, 500 for each participant and the remaining are accessed from our very own data we have been using over the years and covers a wide spectrum of the industrial world

Award Sponsorship

Approximate Value : Rs. 4.0 Lac for each award plus 10.30% Service Tax

Sponsor name and logo will be displayed on each trophy/award
Sponsor will take part in the award giving ceremony
ENGIMACH announces six awards, the winner and runner up in each of these categories:

- Newly Launched & Specialized Industrial Products

Sponsorship at Registration Counter

Approximate Value : Rs. 5.0 Lac plus 10.30% Service Tax

Appx 2.0 lac visitors will stream through the Registration Counter during ENGIMACH 2011
Name of Sponsor will be displayed on each ID Card issued to visitors

Sponsor at Information Center

Approximate Value : Rs. 6.0 Lac plus 10.30% Service Tax

The name of the sponsor and logo of size 1 mtr x 1 mtr will be prominently displayed at the Information Centre.
The Information Centre is the nerve centre of the exhibition and remains the front office

Sponsor for Information Boards

Approximate Value: Rs. 3.0 Lac plus 10.30% Service Tax

At two prominent places Information Boards will be set up providing information bulletin on participants and their location. They will also mention the readers location, “Your are Here”.

Sponsor for Directory/Catalog Show

Approximate Value: Rs. 3.0 Lac plus 10.30% Service Tax

Circulation 25,000 which includes industrial houses, educational bodies and foreign embassies as well as trade libraries.
Name and logo of the sponsor to be on display on the back cover of this publication which remains as the permanent reminder of ENGIMACH 2011 and remains on recall
Sponsor will have the option to release a free color page advertisement for his/her own use in the inside pages of the Directory

Sponsor for Communication Center

Approximate Value: Rs. 3.0 Lac plus 10.30% Service Tax

The Communication Centre is in the middle of the exhibition and offers

- Telephone & Fax
- Transcribers & Translators
- First Aid

The sponsor name and logo will be displayed 1 mtr x 1 mtr here

Participant’s Kit Bag Sponsorship

Approximate Value: Rs. 4.0 Lac plus 10.30% Service Tax

All Participants will be given a kit bag at the time of taking the possession of the stall containing Exhibitors Directory, Exhibitors Badges, Exhibitors Parking Passes, Mementoes etc.
The kit bag will be handed over to the person who come to take the possession of stall. On the kit bag on one side at the prominent place ENGIMACH LOGO appears and on the other side SPONSOR’S LOGO will appear with the size approximately of 10 cms X 2.5 cms in white on a Black bag
